Appointment Types
There are two types of appointments with Grace Veterinary Services:
Consultation: All patients are required to start with a consultation. During the consultation appointment we discuss your goals, your pet’s needs, and options for treatment. After your pet is assessed we will decide on a treatment plan. This plan includes selected therapies, recommendations for frequency of visits, and an estimated duration of treatment. The treatment plan will be adjusted based on response to therapy.
The consultation appointment includes select initial treatments, based on the treatment plan as well as your pet’s comfort level. The cost for initial consultation is $250.
Treatment: After the initial consultation appointment, each follow-up appointment is focused on treatments. During these appointments, treatments (acupuncture and laser therapy) are provided based on the treatment plan decided upon during the consultation appointment. Recheck physical exams are performed at appropriate intervals to determine if adjustments to the treatment plan are needed.
The treatments performed at each visit may vary depending on your pet’s response to treatment, your pet’s tolerance of specific treatments, and reassessment of treatment goals. The cost for treatment appointment is $175.
Treatment Packages: These can be purchased in advance at a discounted price. Inquire directly if you are interested. Initial consultations are not included in Package pricing. Packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred at the discretion of GVS.

Pricing
The appointment price includes the exam and any treatments performed at each visit. Each patient will receive an individualized combination of acupuncture, therapeutic modalities, and/or laser therapy. There are no itemized charges for therapies performed. (Inquire about documentation for insurance claims if needed.)
There may be a variable travel fee depending on location. This will be determined when your appointment request is approved.
Payment in cash or check is preferred. Cards are also accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
